Stheyn Zeit

Context: Stheyn Zeit, being a take-off from German Stein Zeit 'Stone Age'
is a German late-night themed liveshow on YouTube. They requested a logo
that shows the spirit of 'night-live'. As their name is a twist of the word stone
age, I gave a twist to the visual appearance of the stone age for the logo. In
the reflection of the letters STHEYN you see the emptiness off the stone age,
while a modern skyline fills the top of the logo, as is future build on past, as
are new ideas built upon the old foundation, as are lights on at night in a city.

Logo. From the Greek word logos, meaning ‘word, reason’. 1930s: abbreviation of logogram or logotype.
From Logos + type or Greek gramma ‘thing written, letter of the alphabet’, and from graphein ‘write’.

-A symbol or other small design adopted by an organization to identify its brand, products, uniform, vehicles etc.
-A sign or character representing a word or phrase, such as those used in shorthand and ancient writing systems.
