Dragon Bully

Context: This guy is a real piece of work... He's one to bully the ones taking
advantage over the weak with their strength, he thinks that's the real weakness.

He doesn't seem care all that much for the bullied ones , though he has empathy
for them, being held capture as a young dragon himself.
