Dark Mind

Context: Into the dark mind.

In the darkness of meditation, in the depth of the mind. There where it is quiet
and full of space, there is truth, there are answers. Peaceful in the approach and
with an open mind the depths of the human being can be explored. Freedom to
be found within ourselves, within the darkness of the mind.

Meditation. Focusing one’s mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting.
The action or practice of contemplation, study, thought, consideration, reflection, prayer,
deliberation, concentration “cultivating the presence of God in meditation and prayer”.
